- What's the difference between Shared and Private access?
- Shared access is a slot on a pooled account and costs less. Private access gives you a dedicated login for that tool. Not every tool offers both — you'll only see the options that are actually available.
- How do I pay for a tool?
- Choose from the access and billing options shown for that tool, then pay securely through the active payment gateway. Successful payments activate the order immediately. If login credentials are not active yet, your subscription page shows the Admin WhatsApp contact so access can be completed.
- How does Turnitin work?
- Turnitin Checks are priced per check (₦2,300 each), paid once. There is no monthly, quarterly or yearly billing, no Shared or Private selection, and no automatic renewal. Message us with the number of checks you need and we'll send a payment link.
- Why do some tools say 'Pricing confirmed on WhatsApp'?
- Those tools currently use Admin-confirmed pricing or fulfilment. Message us and we'll confirm the available option.
- Can I change billing period later?
- Where a tool offers more than one billing period, you can choose another available period when renewing.
- Do longer plans really save money?
- Only when the maths genuinely works in your favour. We only show a 'Save' badge when the longer plan is cheaper than the equivalent number of shorter payments — never the other way around.
